Welcome to Recruitomatic (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our recruiting software platform, related landing pages, communication tools, and any associated services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.


1. Purpose of Services

Recruitomatic provides an automated recruiting platform designed to help businesses attract, interview, and hire qualified candidates. The Services may include automated outreach, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and communication via phone, SMS, or email.

We act as a technology provider to facilitate recruiting operations and are not responsible for employment decisions made by any participating employer or recruiter.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use our Services.


3. TCPA & A2P Messaging Consent

By submitting your information through any form, chat, text message, or online submission on our platform, you expressly consent to receive communications from Recruitomatic and its authorized representatives via the following methods:

Automated or manual phone calls

Text (SMS/MMS) messages

Email communications

These communications may include job updates, scheduling details, onboarding instructions, or promotional messages related to recruiting services.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting us at [email protected].

Your consent is not a condition of purchase or employment. Recruitomatic complies with all applicable TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person) regulations, including registration of message templates, opt-out compliance, and carrier guidelines.


4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when using our Services.

Use the Services only for lawful recruiting and employment-related purposes.

Not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with any part of our system or data.

Recruitomatic reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse.


5. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and store personal information you provide, including but not limited to your name, phone number, email address, and employment-related details, to facilitate recruiting processes.

By using our Services, you consent to our data collection and processing practices as described in our Privacy Policy. Your data may be shared internally or with verified third-party partners (e.g., background check providers or communication tools) solely for recruiting purposes.


6. Employment Disclaimer

Submission of information, participation in interviews, or use of Recruitomatic’s platform does not guarantee employment. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or remove job postings or recruiting programs at any time without notice.


7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, software, logos, text, and graphics appearing on the Recruitomatic platform are the exclusive property of Recruitomatic LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recruitomatic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or reliability.


9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Salt Lake City, Utah, and both parties waive the right to a jury trial.


10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
